PCC Council Tax - Serious Data Breach

As a group of concerned residents we have been researching and challenging the obligation to pay council tax as well as the process Portsmouth City Council follows to issue summonses, we have formed an Alliance to audit the courts and councils.
We feel it is our duty to write to inform you that there has been a serious data breach by Portsmouth City Council and your personal data may have been disclosed in an email to one of our members on a list of 6000 residents who have been issued summonses by Portsmouth City Council.
This serious personal data breach by Portsmouth City Council (PCC) is in direct contravention of the basic principles of data security, revealing 6000 names and addresses. Have your personal details been published on a list of non-payers of council tax?
Step 1 - Write to Portsmouth Council Ask them if you were one of the residents whose information was shared to an unauthorised third party dated 20th of June 2023.
Step 2 - Complain to the Information Commissioner - ICO

Class Action Compensation - Act Now!
It may be possible to make a class action claim for compensation.
In addition to the data breach Portsmouth City Council may have committed fraud by issuing the summons for the hearing on 12" JULY 2023, before it was authorised by the court and previously. This may give grounds for the liability order to be set aside.
As this matter is a significant serious data breach by Portsmouth City Council, we will be taking action and writing to Portsmouth City Council to inform them and to demand an immediate Cease and Desist of any Enforcement.
